Love this place. Facilities are clean and modern, the staff is friendly, helpful, respectful, and responsive. Highly recommended.

Decent gym with diverse facilities but the staff, particularly the front desk staff, are seldom welcoming, sometimes dismissive, and today were rude to my daughter and her friend who were visiting for the first time under my, rather expensive, family membership. Neither of them will ever return. I just don't understand the attitude there - It's both disturbing and disappointing...especially in an organization that purports to be a place of community, health and wellness.

I had a disappointing experience at the YMCA of Huntington. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which was surprising given the YMCA’s reputation for community and support. I was also disappointed to learn that they do not offer any military discounts or benefits, unlike many other gyms in the area that make an effort to support service members. On top of that, the staff felt overly pushy during the sign-up process, which made the experience uncomfortable rather than helpful. Overall, this location did not meet my expectations in terms of professionalism, customer service, or consideration for military members.

Everybody is so nice and the facility is well kept. The lockers are clean and the weight room is nicely kept.
