Powered by GoogleI love this location but I truly wish they would enforce showers as it's disgusting and unhygienic when people who've been in the sauna/working out jump in the pool or hot tub and rinse off the sweat. Other than that absolutely fantastic facility with incredible staff.
I went to this Y to meet a friend. Had never been there, was very impressed . They had things there that I hadn't seen at any other YMCA that I have been to. Staff was pleasant and very friendly.
Very good staff but the swimming staff took our pool toys so don’t bring your own or they will take them I was not very happy about that because they waited till we put our stuff down and took them behind our backs
Recently been going everyday for land or aquatic exercise. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Facility offers so much. I feel like we've barely touched the options they have to offer. Lots of gyms closer to where we live, but this place is worth the extra drive time.
The Hudson YMCA used to be one of my favorite places to go to see friends and take classes but that is no longer the case. My 3 favorite yoga teachers have all disappeared in the last 3-4 months- Sheryl, Rachel and Krista- they were the BEST!!!!!! Where did they go?! I did find one yoga class I like to go to Sunday mornings but what's with the prayer cards and stuff? I am a Christian but prefer to get my religion at CHURCH where they preach the things I believe in. And I have been to several classes where they played Christian music. My friend goes with me and is Jewish... Can they play Jewish music too then? I go to relax and stretch and not get converted. This is strange... I like the weight machines and track, but my twin girls got yelled at for running on the track. Isn't that what the track is for? If someone can tell me where Krista and Rachel are teaching now, I'd appreciate it as I'd like to go there instead!
