The coaches are all kind, patient, and kept the kids engaged. We had the facility all to ourselves and we played basketball, capture the flag, Gaga ball, and we even had a jump house! Jordan and the rest of the coaches were GREAT with the kids! They helped us set-up tables/decorations in minutes, they were engaged with the kids, the walked up to kids that were shy/hesitant to play, they gathered them for a group picture/pizza/cake, they cleaned up the party room and helped get all of our items to our car. Hands down the best party place around and BEST customer service that I have ever dealt with. Dani was also very helpful in email correspondences and responded promptly. Can't say enough good things about this place! Several parents reached out to me afterwards and said the care with their kids and customer service of the coaches was amazing!
