Powered by Googlemy Son enjoyed the program all along. Their team had a great bond and Amanda coached the team to full preparation for the competition. She ensured also to help encourage the kids to be successful and fully prepared, including extra preparations prior to the competition itself. this is a great program and experience for young kids.
We've been part of Amanda's program for a while and it's been a wonderful experience. Earlier this month, our son's team — coached by Amanda — won a local FLL Spring League tournament in SF. What we value most is that they learn to collaborate as a team — dividing work, figuring things out together, navigating disagreements. They experience firsthand how hard work translates into results: that practicing, iterating, and pushing past a first attempt actually pays off. We feel the bots and the code are the medium; the real lessons are teamwork, perseverance, and learning to push yourself.
My son enjoyed the camp so much that he decided to join a FLL explore team with Amanda. For kids that love robotics and can work independently with guidance.
Great afterschool/hobby program for learning coding using legos! Yan is a seasoned Meta data scientist and she teaches all the pm skills, and speaking skills on top of coding!
This place is more like a daycare with Lego for small kids. The class is not organized and managed well. Amanda is not taking the lead of class at all. Wasting our time and money.
