Powered by GoogleMy cousin recommended this gym after I complained about feeling tired all the time. Three months later I already feel more energetic throughout the day. Staff members seem genuinely respectful toward everyone. One treadmill belt felt loose recently, but they marked it immediately so nobody would get hurt.
Kiddos love it here! They also attend their after school program. Definitely recommend them!
Such a great facility & fun place. Great mountain view from the work-out equipment. Very nice specialty areas, group exercise, Zen Den, boxing, separate serious training area, great basketball gym, amazing kid room with gaming stations & homework area. Everything top notch, well-maintained.
Excellent little gym, all the necessary equipment (mostly new), not overcrowded, friendly, and clean. All age groups represented, including children, if that bothers you. My only gripe is with the private shower rooms, they need an update. Someone's going to hurt themselves.
I love this facility. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have evening childcare from 5:30-7:30 Monday- Thursday which is great. The only improvements are to increase their childcare to Friday and possibly Saturday. They also don't have a pool but the other location does. The gym is clean and I rarely need to wait for any of my workout. I Also enjoyed the classes. Stephanie is amazing! Jacques is a manager and he is really welcoming. He remembers names and is very encouraging. I highly recommend for anyone needing family friendly support.
