YMCA Camp Shaver is an overnight resident camp in the Jemez Mountains (Santa Fe National Forest) near Jemez Springs, operating since 1945. Traditional camp serves ages 7 to 13, with Senior Traditional (13-15), a wilderness Adventure Camp (13-16), and LIT/CIT leadership tracks (13-16) for older campers. One- and two-week sessions include archery, climbing, hiking, high ropes, riflery, arts, and water ecology. Nonprofit YMCA of Central New Mexico; financial assistance is available.

went to this summer camp this year and next year it will be my last opurtunity to go as a camper before i’m to old, but i know it isnt even summer anymore but i think about the amazing memories i made at this camp every single day. BEST WEEK OF MY LIFE. spend the 600 dollars i swear this camp is worth it.
