This review is strictly for Lisa Eichman, CFO of Gymnastics Unlimited: Horrible customer service demeanor. I recommend you stick to the finances and not contact customers. Leave customer interactions to people that are friendly, customer oriented and actually care about students finding a good fit and succeeding at your gym. Jennifer, the lady at the front desk is a nice woman who cares about helping students find a good fit. She is the reason why your gym still exists. Let her do her job. If you sat at the front, your doors would've closed in 2005. The other one star review on this profile also speaks directly to you. It's not a coincidence. I hope you take note and step back from customer service or go take some customer service classes.

We LOVE gymnastics unlimited! My 3 kids have been going to GU for a couple of years now and all of the staff are amazing, but Jennifer and Ari are phenomenal! Jennifer goes above and beyond with scheduling, flexible, always super professional, and she’s sweet as pie! My oldest has had a few coaches, all were great, but when we made the switch to coach Ari, she went from liking gymnastics to LOVING it! Ari is professional, kind, a brilliant coach, and she makes each class challenging, yet super fun! My daughter went from making a slow progress to reaching goals and leveling up in a couple of months when she switched to coach Ari! Again, we love GU and are here about 2-3 times a week because my kids can’t get enough!

Thank you so much to coaches Ari and Lexi for hosting an amazing birthday at Gymnastics Unlimited. My daughter had a fantastic day and felt incredibly special from start to finish. Ari and Lexi helped my husband and me unload our cars and set up for the party. They then coached a group of 16, 5 year olds for an hour and a half!! The kids had a blast, while parents were able to watch and chat. After snacks and cake, they helped us tear down everything and we were home before we knew it. Best birthday party experience ever. And we owe it to Jennifer, Coach Ari and Lexi. Thank you so much!!

My son loved their Ninja class, I loved the facility, its location, and the staff, BUT the owner was, how can I put this nicely?? Let’s just say she is NOT customer focused. AT ALL. She’s got a “take it or leave it” attitude. I dealt with it for as long as I could bc my son loved it (the things one does for their child!) but I finally got to the point of “I don’t need this aggravation in my life, especially for a service I am paying for”, and so we left and found a new Gym that my son loves and who care about their customers!
