Gymnastics of York runs gymnastics-focused day camps for all skill levels, mixing apparatus work with games, acrobatics, motor-skill development and team challenges under certified coaching staff. Its Afternoon Camp for ages 6-12 runs Monday through Thursday, 1pm-4pm, a half-day format, and a Circus & Ninja camp adds aerial silks, lyra, obstacle courses and mobility training. Camps run in summer and over school breaks.

In comparison to another local gymnastics center, the coaches are much more attentive to each child, challenge their abilities to reach goals, and keep the girls busy and focused for the whole hour session. The time in the gym is much more structured compared to the other location, better managed, and much more efficient. I can't speak highly enough of Gymnastics of York, and the owner is always present, engaging with families, and sharing his passion and philosophy of the sport.
