★NooshinThere isn’t a good place for gymnastics training at all. I took my daughter to one session, and the coach told her to practice, but wasn’t paying attention at all. My daughter came back with her arm twisted, and I was very lucky it didn’t break. In gymnastics, the coach should be paying attention to the children’s movements the entire time so they can prevent this kind of thing if needed, Otherwise, they might get seriously injured

I called around 4:00 PM to ask if my daughter could attend a later class because I was running late. I was told she could attend the 6:30 PM class, so I turned around and headed home. After being transferred to the front desk manager, Haley, that approval was suddenly reversed, and my daughter was no longer allowed to attend,causing her to miss class entirely. Haley was rude, avoided giving her name and the owner’s name, and ultimately hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a manager. Very disappointing experience from a business we’ve trusted for years.

They set up courses for the kids but also allow plenty of free play and a bounce house! I love that they also take care of ordering and serving the pizza and drinks.
