Powered by GoogleAMAZING! The owner, Jen, was so kind and understanding. She answered my questions and let my daughters check out the upstairs area. Great people, great place!
I just had my son’s 5 th birthday there and it was a hit! Everyone loved it and the prestige girl's that did party hosting were great. I loved that we could take our own food and drinks in which many places you cannot do that, thanks!
Our daughter (beginner level) loved her summer session at Prestige. So much actually that she requested to have her birthday party here, too! In both situations the staff/coaches were friendly and supportive and encouraging of the kids. My daughter learned so much and gained so much confidence in what she is capable of physically. As a birthday party option it can not be beat! The kids absolutely loved it! Two coaches walked the kids through guided activities and demonstrated and assisted during free movement time. It was so much fun that the kids were begging us to skip cupcakes so they could play more.
They would charge you for breathing in their dust if they could! Hopefully they look into fixing the gym (bathrooms, seating for parents, and communication!) Highly recommend going elsewhere unless you have a spare kidney to loan to have your child apart of the team! Highly disappointed in the communication from this gym and the prices they charge for any little thing they can. Be warned, you will need at least 5 full time jobs to support one child to join a team level and maintain a "normal life" Heartbroken with this gym is an understatement. I am absolutely disgusted.
If I could give this place a negative I would. My son was grossly mistreated. He is three and very active. There are no discipline issues. He was grabbed by the arms by his instructor on his Monday class. She then had the nerve to ask permission to grab him the way she did at the end of class. The next class she said his listening was much better and he did great. For his Wednesday class the instructor said “he’s young and a total boy who likes to run” then today she said “he needs one on one”. Holding an infant it’s was obvious that this could not happen. Not to mention the entire class this instructors two sons are running wild. My son loved attending Prestige but the love was definitely not sent towards him from day one. How can you throw a child into a new class without giving instructions first? Treating him like he should know how to act and exactly what to do? Where is the fairness in that? Poor leadership
