Dear Owners, I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the recent Kids Night Out event held at your ninja gym. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised or reasonably expected. The event was completely unruly. There appeared to be little to no effective supervision, and the children were allowed to behave in ways that were unsafe and disruptive and completely unacceptable for example, other children trying to pull down my son’s pants.  Also, the gym was not properly cleaned as numerous staples were found after the preliminary one punctured my son’s foot. Parents trust your business to provide a safe, controlled, and well-managed space—especially during a drop-off event like this. Regrettably, that trust was not upheld. Had we known the level of disorder that would occur, we would not have chosen to participate. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review your staffing, supervision policies, and overall structure for future Kids Night Out events. With better oversight and clearer expectations, this program could be significantly improved. I called to speak to the director and he returned my call saying he would check cameras and get back to me. But unfortunately, I had to follow up and I have not heard back yet.

I understand nepotism, however, the daughter of the owners who runs the "ninjas" side (don't even know her name, that's how relevant she is and how welcomed we were made to feel) is a troll. If you enroll your baby in tumble bears, by all means, put them in ninjas after they're trained. Do not come to this school looking for real athletic training, they only care about revenue and the people who have been there since the womb. When my three year old son (during his first three days) needed help, the daughter advised "we only tell them, we don't show them." I literally just lol'ed thinking about it. So gross, there are a lot of gyms around for bright little kids. Unless you sign up here at age 1, don't bother.

Receptionist was cold and dismissive. Rudely asked if the online waiver was filled out and was annoyed when was told it was not, even though nobody over the phone mentioned it would be emailed. Continued to have an icy demeanor and didn’t even check in or ask how the trial class went. My shy toddler had a tough time and the unwelcome behavior was so off putting that I won’t go back.

Great outlet for kids, especially during bad weather. I just wish they had more opportunities for open floor time! They can be strict about the child following along the circuit with the rest of the kids, and toddlers just aren't good listeners, they would rather explore. So sometimes the class can feel like a power struggle instead of relaxing and fun.

Wonderful group of instructors. Both my little girl and boy have loved it since they were toddlers. They are very flexible about making up classes and your child can attend extra classes at no charge when there is room. The new renovation is great too!
