★★Jovanna BenaventeI was a nanny for many years before becoming a parent, and I have been to several gymnastics and other types of children’s activities all over the country, I have never seen a children’s facility that locks the door, and the parents are not able to access the room where the children are unless an instructor unlocks the door and you are not allowed to stay I understand that the new facility is on a street, but even in New York City, that does not happen. The doors cannot be locked, especially not the one in the rear that faces the garage. That one should be unlocked. This made me very uncomfortable, and made my daughter very uncomfortable, and she did not want to continue her lessons. I asked them for a refund, and they said they do not give refunds. The instructors seemed kind, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. The first lesson there were no kids because it was a new class, two men in the room, and they asked me to leave. I said no and I stayed.
