Flips & Friends runs its flagship gymnastics and tumbling studio in Coconut Grove, Miami, with small semi-private classes in tumbling, vault, bars, beam and floor. Weekly classes run from Parent & Tot for ages 1 to 3, where a trusted adult takes part, through Beginner, Rookie and Intermediate/Advanced levels for ages 4 and up, alongside one-on-one private lessons. Day camps for ages 4 to 12 run on Miami-Dade public school days off and school breaks with optional aftercare, and a summer camp runs in weekly Monday to Friday sessions. The studio also runs an after-school gymnastics program for Coconut Grove Elementary School families.

I stay there for basically all the classes and I saw so many improvements!! they like to keep very small groups so the kids could have almost a private lesson (sometimes it happens that some kids don't sign up for class and your child will be alone so literally a private lesson). They are also very detail oriented, they don't let any mistake slip, they really want the kid to fully learn a movement or a skill. Also, the whole staff is great! All very sweet, fun, and well prepared teachers!

I took my twins here for mommy and me classes when they were little and the owner, as well as her staff, really made that bonding experience with them amazing and one of my favorite memories to look back on. Whenever they accomplish something now, they finish it with a huge smile and their face with a little "TA DA" at the end. We recently had our 3 year old's birthday there and the kids had a great time. Not only did the owner and the staff help with the setup and decorations (I had no idea what I was doing), they were attentive to the kids and made sure they had a fun time.
