I’ve been bringing my daughter to DUSOL Gymnastics for over two and a half years, since she was just over 3 years old, and the experience has been excellent. This is a gymnastics school that follows American gymnastics standards, with highly qualified coaches who truly know how to develop each child’s potential. Beyond the physical benefits—which are significant—gymnastics here helps children build focus, discipline, the ability to follow instructions, and confidence. It also plays a key role in emotional development and social interaction, all within a fun yet structured environment. The management team does a great job running the program, and I want to highlight Karla at the front desk. She brings something special to the entire experience—her honesty, warmth, and deep knowledge make a real difference for both parents and kids. DUSOL is not just an after-school activity; it’s a place where children can grow, learn from top-level professionals, and even pursue gymnastics more seriously if they choose. You can tell the level of the program by the number of strong athletes and champions that come out of it. This is the second year that our daughter has been practicing with the Du Sol team. Our experience has been great (even though I drive for over an hour from Coral Gables to Du Sol several times during the week!). Owners and coaches make sure to find the perfect class match for each kid and there is a constant focus on kids safety. All the coaches are experienced and kids love them. The biggest shout in Du Sol goes to coach Anastasia. She works diligently with the girls in the team, strives to perfect their skill and prepare them for tournaments. Girls LOVE her. Also, coach Roman is great with lots of experience. Karla, at the front desk, always makes you feel welcome and is always ready to help.
