★★The Honest ExplorerTook my kid for camp here and was a little disappointed on their lack of punctuality. The camp should be from 1pm-4pm. It started 10 minutes late. The kids then took a break around 12:30pm and should have started back up at 3pm but didn't start until 3:10pm but finished exactly at 4pm. When I expressed my concern the the receptionist she told me to speak to the coach. When I spoke to the coach he said I just got here so I don't know. Very disappointing response. So the coach that would be teaching them soccer/basketball (Hispanic guy) was supposed to start the class at 3pm but he arrived at the location at 3pm then starts having a conversation with another Hispanic guy. Then walks down to the court to start prepping. A friend recommended this place and my kid was excited to come. I will say the way they teach tennis and give the kids attention is great but if I'm paying for camp time from 1pm-4pm, I don't think it's fair to lose 20 minutes of that time. I also had emailed the location about 2 weeks prior to camp started. Till this date, I have yet to receive a reply. Update: FYI, the whole week the second half of the camp, always started late. Yet, they wanted 6 year olds to sit quietly and calmly in the chair for 45 min. Knowing young kids get bored quick. Again, if you are paying a lot of money for a certain time period, then its expected to start on time, and, end on time. Period. Twice I addressed my concern and nothing was done. Owner/manager was always out or on vacation.
