Green White Soccer Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit soccer club founded in 1956 by German-Americans and based at Metro/Majewski Park in Des Plaines. Its own programs page lists only age-group team programs — First Kick Academy through U15, plus high school boys' and girls' programs, a girls' recreational league and adult teams — with no summer camp among them.

★Mike JacobsonA few years ago when I inquired about availability for my kids on the teams, the club encouraged us to try out particularly upon learning it would come with other friends and a sibling. When it came time to make an offer, they were not transparent that one child would be a practice player and the other a full player, only providing a different price. It took several back and forth emails to get out the truth that the price difference was because one was only a practice player. I’m all for being a practice player when the space is limited, which he wound up being the first half year at the team we went with, but not without transparency or so they can get the sibling and friends on the team. When he was working with this club, they were not working with him to develop him and clearly had no interest other than for our money. Fast forward, that boys team fell apart, as did the team my other child would have joined, as most of the other families left for other soccer clubs due to the poor communication and management of the club.

★★★★★Christopher PfoutzI have have had two kids in the program for the last 3 years. Coach Mostafa took the reigns in 2019 and has returned the club to it's prior glory. My kids are given opportunities they couldn't get at any other club to ensure they are challenged to the level they need to be challenged. Coach Mostafa and his staff have built a number of highly competitive teams and they continue to develop those teams to higher levels. At the same time, every age group has a team which develops players from the basics. Those players who try get significant playing time. I'm not sure what happened before we joined but the 4 teams my kids participate in are made up of kids from all over the world. Most players are billingial...and most of the coaching stafff are of an international background.

Many of my friends in the club grew up playing for Green White and now their children are playing, making them a third generation. You can't beat the value of the experience.
