Do not recommend. The advertisement stated "Small Party Group – Up to 5 Hours," and I paid over $600 for this event. Unfortunately, the experience started going downhill before the party even began. A few days before my event, I called to ask about rescheduling due to weather because there was an 80% chance of rain. The owner, Courtney, told me that I could not reschedule because they make that decision on the day of the party. However, their forms state that parties may be rescheduled due to weather, so this was already confusing and inconsistent. The day of the party, it was pouring rain with flash flood warnings in effect. I called the center five times with no answer. On the sixth attempt, someone finally answered and told me they would not reschedule and that the party would continue regardless of the weather conditions. The tables were wet, the playground was wet, and the conditions were far from ideal. During the event, the kids repeatedly had to get out of the pools due to lifeguard breaks and pool cleaning, which already disrupted the experience. What completely broke me was when one of the staff members came to me while I was in the pool with my children and asked, "What time are you cutting the cake because your time is almost up?" My party started at 3:00 PM, and it was only around 5:30 PM. I explained that I booked a 5-hour party and should have until 8:00 PM. He told me that the owner said I had only booked a 3-hour party. I went to speak with the owner, Courtney, who would not even come out personally to speak with me. I was told that I had booked only 3 hours, and she pointed to a handwritten end time on the event sheet and claimed I had written it myself. I tried to work things out and even asked if I could pay for an additional two hours. I was told no because the lifeguard had only been paid until 6:00 PM. I asked again and offered to pay more, but I was told, "It doesn't work that way." I was standing there in tears, begging for us to stay the additional two hours I believed I had paid for. There was no compassion, no attempt to make things right, and no effort to resolve the situation. I had to walk back in tears and end my party early, then tell my guests they had to leave because of what appeared to be a serious miscommunication. I have rented many places for parties and events over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. It was embarrassing for both me and my children. I will never return, and I hope others carefully consider their options before booking.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE !!!! Website states that the party is up to 5 hours. My sister in law booked her kid’s party here and after 3 hours was told we have to leave by 6pm instead of 8pm because she didn’t state she wanted a “5 hour” party. She literally had 30 mins to sing happy birthday and pack everything up. We hadn’t even ate because my brother in law was still bbqing. My sister in law was in tears of frustration because she now had to tell all the guests we had to leave. This resulted in some of the guests just going home after my sister in law said she would move the party to her house for people to eat, enjoy cake and open presents. I even tried talking to the owner asking if we offer to pay the lifeguard on duty til 8pm, if we could stay longer, she said no. I said can we stay longer and watch our kids in the pool at our own risk, she said no. She was not willing to meet us halfway and basically didn’t show any remorse. She literally was rude and cut us off when we talked to her. Why would anyone pay $600 for a party when you can stay for 5 hours for the same price ?!?!? The party application had her end time written in other ink and handwriting for 6pm and the owner said she called her to confirm 6pm, which wasn’t true. I was literally going to book my kid’s party there before this all happened but now I’m not. When I told the owner that, she said well I don’t care. How rude!!

Very disappointed with the management and ownership at Green Tree Tennis Club. The facility itself is fine, but the way we were treated during a private party was completely unprofessional. We booked a party based on the understanding from their own website that parties could last up to 5 hours. In the middle of the event, management suddenly claimed there was a 3-hour limit and forced everyone to leave early over what felt like a made-up technicality. Even more frustrating, paperwork later appeared to show an end time that we never agreed to or discussed during the booking process. My sister-in-law booked the party, and she was absolutely mortified when management suddenly told her the party had to end early. She was embarrassed having to go around and tell guests the party was being cut short while people were still enjoying themselves. It created an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation for everyone involved. Instead of working with us reasonably or communicating clearly beforehand, the owner and management handled the situation aggressively and ruined the experience for our guests. We were actually considering booking another party there in the future, but after the way this situation was handled, they completely lost our business. If you plan on hosting an event here, make sure you get every detail in writing and double-check everything before signing anything. We definitely won’t be returning.

If you're looking for an outdoor activity camp with a caring and dedicated staff, this is the perfect place. Coach Courtney and her team are truly outstanding. We first enrolled our 7-year-old daughter in their summer camp two years ago, and since then, we've kept coming back whenever possible. It’s been a wonderful experience every time.

We’ve had a great experience with the swim classes! Aiden and Brad were awesome with my son. When he first started, he was a novice swimmer with little confidence in the water. Thanks to their patience and encouragement, he’s now much more comfortable and confident. He’s even moving on to learning strokes! I’m very happy with the progress he’s made and the quality of instruction from the coaches. I highly recommend enrolling your children in these swim classes!
