My children attend preschool at the YMCA and it’s honestly the best place I’ve found for my two little ones. Teachers and staff are always helpful and have great communication with parents regarding their children and how they’re progressing. As a mother with a child who struggled in certain school settings he has grown so much here. His teacher is very patient and understanding with his needs and help develop techniques catered to him so he can thrive. I’ll always recommend the Y for childcare/preschool!

The YMCA overall is a nice facility I am very fed up with constantly going to the YMCA and what is stated on the website is not actually what's going on. People pay money to receive services and they need to make it there best priority to have people in place to provide those services. This is the 2nd time I have tried to workout on a Saturday and the child watch is not open neither are there any other activities to offer when people show up expecting the norm. The pool schedule is always ridiculous. People work 9 to 5 and family swim is withing those hours that does not make since at all.

We’ve been going to the Waterbury YMCA for 10 years. Loved all their programs specially Pickleball. i’ve also been helped by their personal training program. thank you Meghan. the kids are rambunctious at times but I am glad they have a place to play ball and be kids. did I mention that this is the cleanest YMCA? thank you Y!!!

Has a good selection of workout equipment. Several areas to conduct a workout. Overall gets the job done if you can get creative with your work out.
