Boys and girls club is very disorganized, they have no idea what there satellite locations schedules, when these locations frequent the club, use the same administrators…. This location is very very very… maybe another very persistent in ensuring you know payment is due… don’t worry about the kid first, secure payment must me first then children after. In the Orientation for summer, every other line is payment and it’s the parents privilege to go here not the businesses privilege to have a line of people needing services and have a flourishing business. That is nearly stated word for word. Then payment again. Then you get a calendar, not with events or closures, but payment due dates. Not that payments on their mind. The problem is, there isn’t many options, so people need these businesses like daycare and you are at their mercy. If they are open just one day, you will be charged a full week of service. Amazing the law even allows that but what can you do. Boys and girls club has many commercials and the locations do not follow that at all, they like the donations and payments. Do they do what’s worth the money… absolutley not. If your a so/so or part time parent, the place prob seems amazing. If you throw a ball in your front yard with your child, you do more then these facilities. Pat your self on the back. After payments and being told others can have your spot, they talk about there scam of a lunch offered program, just pack, it’s easier and your kid will get more time to eat. Then payments again, followed by discipline and others can have your spot. If you have other options take it, stay home, pay a little more for better service. Last resort this place.

Your kids are very disrespectful and rude. I was just at the Mildford movie theater trying to enjoy a with my family. When your kids keep talking loud and using foul language ( F this, N that, MF and much more) When I asked them to please be quite they responded with B shut the F up and continue to be even louder.

Highly upseting, went to take my kids to open swim on Friday night from 6-8 got there at 6:35 and the pool was closed because “no one showed up”. Seriously?? You couldn’t even wait an hour. Thanks Boys and Girls Club now my three kids are highly upset cause we can’t go swimming.

Horrible staff! I witnessed today, for the second time!!, a staff member/teacher leave a student UNATTENDED on the playground (last cared behind the Boys & Girls building) while he took the rest of the class in. After 10mins the teacher came back out to get the student (maybe 1st grade) and YELLED at him for not listening. The teacher KNEW the student wasn't with the class when they went in because the class kept calling for him as they walked in! Disgusting child care!
