Jaimie is a rude manager and she doesn't understand members at all. Overall they increased the fees and they haven't added anything to this facility it isn't worth it . Every membership option has you pay the monthly fee just for joining your better off at any other gym who closes a gym at 3pm on weekends?
Friendly staff, no macho intimidating folks, good selection of equipment, studio/stretch rooms, machines, weights, benches, squat rack, preacher curl station. Basic locker rooms. Classes. Neighborhood vibe, not commercial gym vibe. generous hours. Good value
Staff are friendly and welcoming and keep the facility clean. I feel safe here, unlike my last gym experience. Equipment is ok. I wish they were open later. Overall, more enjoyable than my last gym!
The place is clean, childcare is great, prices are incredible. 1 hour of childcare if your baby is under 12 months. 2 hours of childcare per day if over 12 months. It's a smaller community gym, but has everything you need. The classes are all challenging and offer a ton of variety such as Zumba, Yoga, Full body conditioning, cycle, boxing etc. The only con is the parking lot is very small. There is a small lot, the Beach Ave lot near the Ace Hardware but sometimes that's not enough either. There's street parking nearby though.
Great place for a quick run on the treadmill, spin or lifting. There's a small studio for classes and childcare for parents (up to 2 hours). No pool, rather small changing room, limited parking and not great views when running (31st street), but helpful staff and local.
