I am extremely disappointed in the incorrect information given by the staff in this gym. In my original phone call to book a free trial (that’s advertised everywhere) they wanted to charge me and my cousin $25 for the trial class. I then called back and told them about the free class which is when they acted surprised asked where I saw the free class? And then continued to book it for free. Then they told me that I could not bring my daughter and her cousin to the trial class together . We booked it separate, my cousin went last week Saturday to the baby class for 5 year olds , they immediately told her that her daughter was more advanced so for her to come to the higher level class. My cousin told me to call them because my daughter is even more advanced than her daughter and that the beginner class would be a waste of time for her to even try. So fast forward I call them this morning to explain that. They told me that they couldn’t just move her up without her coming in, the receptionist then put me on hold and spoke to someone and told me that the only way for her to come in Wednesday with her cousin to the more advanced class was to have her evaluated either today or tomorrow. I told her that my daughter had dance today until 7pm that I can bring her in around 7:30pm. She said “no worries that they close at 8:30” and that I can bring her at that time. I got there at 7:30pm and told the girl in the front what I was told. She then goes to a corner to talk on the phone halfway covering her mouth so I couldn’t see her. She comes back and tells me that she spoke to the manager Leidy who was supposedly who I spoke to this morning and that she said that she told me to bring her to try in one of the competition teams today but that was “wayyyy” earlier. I told her that that was never told me, specifically because I specified that I could ONLY bring her after 7pm since she had dance. I was never told about a class for today nor about any Competition team all I was told was about an evaluation for her. She said that my daughter was not put in for an evaluation and that there was no one there to evaluate her at this time. So it was a complete waste of my time because of the wrong information that was being told to me. What terrible customer service which says a lot about their business and how they work. Specially for NEW clients you want to make sure you show them why they should come to your business. Again, extremely disappointed. Don’t even waste your time.

This gym is absolutely amazing. It is super clean — truly impeccable. The entire facility is huge, offers all kinds of activities, and everything is in excellent condition and incredibly well maintained. The staff is unbelievably kind, and the way they approach the kids is something special. They don’t just focus on physical abilities; they also take the children’s emotional side into consideration, which makes such a difference. The coaches are awesome — supportive, fun, and great with the kids. The owners are very involved and always present. They’re constantly observing classes, evaluating the kids, talking with parents, and making sure everything is running perfectly. You can tell they really care. It’s an enormous gym with so much to offer, and everything is kept at the highest standard. We’ve had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The strong coaches work mainly with the competitive team. Miss Silva’s instruction feels quite limited. The manager, Lady, does not seem very helpful or attentive to clients’ needs. On the positive side, the front desk staff are excellent — very friendly and professional. Coaches Aytur and Irina are outstanding and highly recommended. For quality coaching and a great experience, I would suggest working with them.

Our daughter has been coming to Gravity since she was barely 3 years old. She's now 6 and loves this gym more each time she comes. The coaches are great and truly care about each child's development. She's a confident kid and I contribute some of that confidence to Gravity's programs. She's also inspired by the older gymnasts and looks up to them, excited for the day she'll be able to do some of the things she sees them do -- and i'm sure she will do one day with the support of the coaches and staff. We also like that they offer different programs Ninjas and dance. We love love love this place!

Our daughter has been at Gravity since she was barely walking LOL, we are still here. 10 years later. Amazing coaches and ownership. We see them as extended family really. There are several gyms closer to where we live. But the drive is well worth it for us.
