Lately my daughter have been traumatized with the inconsistent scheduling at this gym. She started with the gym date back in 2018, grown to love going there on a weekly basis and she even spread the news to friends and family to attend. Regular attendee from 2018 to 2025 could give you a little preference as a customer right? I mean as it relates to scheduling. My kid was told the schedule has to change during summer time from Wednesday to Thursday which she voluntarily agreed to, with the understanding it will change back to Wednesday when school begins. Now school has began, was told she is not allowed to get back on her normal time and schedule on Wednesdays and to remain on a Thursday schedule which is not concrete with the time schedule. Note my kid has already lost a chance to continue her cub scout program which is on Thursdays and she cannot even get a solid spot to come to gym on Thursday after intentionally screwing her up for her regular schedule for Wednesday. This is an absolutely horrible customer service. Hopefully the owner will read this and make some adjustments. It is very traumatizing to treat a 10 year old like this and you actually triggered my PTSD as a parent.

Manager is rude & lacks customer service skills. Be careful because they will take your yearly registration fee, & then the next month 3 days after tuition is due/taken, they will change the schedule to one that does not work for you. Forcing you to either lose your deposit that they will not refund, or change your schedule to use your deposit for that last month. Slimy business practice. Also, while my daughter was attending, I saw them post on FB that they were hiring a trainer & that no experience was needed. Meaning they have people who have never done gymnastics before teaching your children things that could leave them paralyzed. I watched the owner scold one Mom who is a certified fitness trainer, bc she was trying to tell her daughter the correct form for an exercise from the parent watch area. Owner should have been scolding her staff for not training correctly to begin with. First State Gymnastics is a much better alternative!

Would not recommend. Their written policies/handook are bogus!! Safety protocols aren't followed according to handbook. My girls (6 & 10) were let leave the building not knowing if an adult was there to pick them up on more than one occasion. Attendance policies about missing a class & being able to "make up the class" is a headache. No lateness policy in handbook, but when we arrived a few minutes late (which we usually aren't late) but weather, traffic and an accident happened to be our reason that day, we were told we couldn't participate in class. My daughter was already on the mat participating before they even came and mentioned that she couldn't participate.

Our daughter started in the toddler/parent class and let me tell you she sleeps after words every time. Not that it’s so hard but it’s so fulfilling for her. Her mind is racing and trying so hard she drops on the two minute ride home sometimes. It’s a great experience we get to do with her and look forward to her continuing this over the years. Facility seems well taken care of and we always feel welcomed coming in. Coach Rhodes (I think that’s her name) does great giving personal time with each child and understands that they may not always do exactly what they are supposed to but makes it fun. Thanks for having a wholesome learning experience in our community!
