I highly recommend First State Gymnastics. The coaches are incredibly experienced and truly care about every athlete they work with. They treat every child with respect and make sure each girl feels supported, included, and encouraged. The environment is very welcoming, and you can tell the staff is passionate about helping kids grow both in their gymnastics skills and in their confidence. The facility is designed to give athletes a safe and fun place to learn, with modern equipment and programs for many different ages. Slava, Brooke, Paige, and Kayla are amazing coaches. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about each athlete, creating a positive environment where every gymnast feels encouraged to grow and succeed. Every time I’ve been there, the coaches have been professional, kind, and focused on helping the girls improve while still making the sport enjoyable. They work hard to create a positive environment where athletes feel motivated and respected. If you’re looking for a gymnastics program with dedicated coaches and a supportive community, First State Gymnastics is a great place to be.

My daughter has been at First State Gymnastics since she was 2yrs old. She is now a level 10 gymnast. FSG coaches are incredible, specifically Coaches Slava, Brooke , Paige and Kayla. Brooke and Paige were wonderful traveling with my daughter to TOPs and high performance camps. They have always been nothing but supportive through all my daughters ups and downs on this journey. Putting her in the homeschool program was the best decision. My daughter truly has a second family at FSG. When I drop my daughter off each day , I know she is safe and getting the best training for the sport she loves. The parents complaining are going to have the same issues at their new gym when their kid isn't performing to the parents standards

We’ve been attending First State Gymnastics for almost a year now, and I can’t say enough great things about Coach Paige, Coach Brooke, and Coach Kayla. My daughter is currently a Level 3 gymnast and works/practices more with Coach Paige and absolutely adores her. Coach Paige has been such a positive influence in her gymnastics journey. She has a wonderful way of encouraging and motivating the girls while still challenging them to push beyond what they think they’re capable of. Over the past year, she has helped my daughter achieve goals and skills that she once thought were impossible. Watching my daughter grow in both confidence and ability has been incredible, and so much of that is thanks to Coach Paige’s support, patience, and dedication. It’s clear that Coach Paige truly cares about her athletes and wants them to succeed, not just in gymnastics but in believing in themselves. We are so grateful to have such an amazing coach and are excited to continue watching our daughter grow under her guidance. Can’t wait to see what this next year/season brings!

As a parent of two D1 gymnasts and alumni parent of FSG, I cannot say enough positive things about the environment and staff of First State Gymnastics. The owners and coaches took great care to coach, mentor and encourage my children to not only be the best they could be athletically but they encouraged them to reach for their dreams beyond the gym. They encouraged hard work, grit, resilience and teamwork. The friendships they made (as well as I made as a parent) will last a lifetime. My Family and I are very happy with First state Gymnastics. We drive 4 hours total each day to the gym from Brick New Jersey and it’s totally worth it. The training and improvement of my daughter has been magnificent and Amazing and the most important thing we love from the coaches at FSG is the communication they have with us! My family thinks I’m crazy because I drive my daughter so far every day for gymnastics but it’s not only gymnastics it’s FAMILY and the treatment she gets there from the coaches it’s amazing and I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world. In August of this year we will make two years at First state gymnastics and all I can say is that we have positive outcome from the entire staff.
