The Georgetown Tennis Center is a City of Georgetown Parks and Recreation facility, a registered TIA Tennis Welcome Center and a USTA 10-and-Under approved site, open year-round for tennis and pickleball lessons, leagues, tournaments and camps. Junior camps for ages 6-12 are taught by the Georgetown Prep Tennis Club professional staff at low student-to-coach ratios, using drills, games and the USTA Quick Start format to build fundamentals and technique. A separate intensive training program adds morning and afternoon drill sessions and match play for serious junior players preparing for high school tennis and working on their USTA ranking.

★MalaryTried to join the pickleball team, showed up day of, and found out it was cancelled by someone named Pete. No prior notification to me or any of the other people. The front desk seemed confused, but were nice about it. Overall this seems really poorly organized. I also don't think it's appropriate to wear political hats in a place technically owned by the city (government property). Pete seems very unprofessional.
