Legend Tennis Academy is truly something special. I picked up tennis on a whim, thinking I’d try something new, and I’ve never had more fun while improving beyond what I ever expected. The coaches genuinely care and give their all at every lesson. There is patience, encouragement, expertise, and just the right amount of push to help you grow. My 10 year old son has also taken up lessons, and the kids environment is fun, supportive, and appropriately challenging. The kids enjoy every minute of it. The coaches know how to motivate them while building both skill and confidence, which I find equally important. The facilities are new, well designed, well lit, and thoughtfully laid out, with three open courts and one covered court, with more to come. It’s clear they are growing with intention and heart. Coach Kapil’s love for the game is contagious and sets the tone for an amazing facility.

Loving Legends Tennis Academy. I started my kiddos taking lessons at Legends in early January and they love it. We were looking for something new to help them with focus and coordination, and tennis stood out as something they could learn to love (they are 4 and 5 yo). I can say that in just a few weeks, I can see their growth. The coaches are wonderful, patient and kind. They have taught them so much and I hope to continue to see this much growth. Then I decided I should start playing again, so signed up for private lessons with coach Kapil, who is a wonderful teacher. I have so enjoyed my weekly lessons with him, and they are very reasonably priced, a great workout, and fun. I have already improved, even over just a few weeks. The facilities are very nice and professional, and there are social gatherings, tournaments, etc. Overall, I can’t recommend Legends enough. It’s a fantastic alternative to stodgy country clubs, with equal quality coaches. Go see them!

The academy is great not just for kids, but for adults too. Whether you want to improve your game or start tennis from scratch, there are many programs for different levels, which is not easy to find. Another big plus is how they support kids who start tennis later. My son joined at a later stage and was still welcomed into a class, where he learned a lot from excellent coaches. I also love that they have gym access. Kids don’t just work on tennis technique, there is a dedicated fitness coach who helps with strength and conditioning, which really complements the tennis training. Overall, it’s a very well-organized academy with great coaches and a supportive environment. Highly recommend.

Legends Tennis in Spicewood absolutely deserves commendation. The facility that Kapil has built truly feels like a world-class tennis academy, with an inspiring environment and a clear focus on high performance training. The coaching team is exceptional, especially internationally renowned Coach Polina, whose technical knowledge and on-court presence elevate every session. Vince is an excellent head coach and the strength and conditioning program led by Peter adds another professional layer, ensuring players develop not just skills, but also fitness, agility, and injury prevention habits. It is a great place to learn, grow as a tennis enthusiast, and be surrounded by a motivated group of players who genuinely love the sport. The academy is set in a beautiful, picturesque neighborhood, which makes every visit enjoyable and refreshing beyond just the tennis. It is also a welcoming community where it is easy to make new tennis friends and feel part of something special. Truly hope Legends Tennis expands and opens a new branch in Leander soon—the area would greatly benefit from having this level of tennis training and community nearby.

Coach Kapil and ALL the other coaches at Legend have been so kind and accommodating. They truly care about fostering relationships with their athletes and families. Coach Kapil is approachable, knowledgeable , and a great resource whether you are brand new to tennis or a seasoned player. They have also been flexible when schedule conflicts arise. Coach Wes has been great with my young kids and they have loved their lessons and camp. Their Facilites are nicely maintained and always look sharp. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a positive environment with friendly and fun staff!
