We have loved our 4+ years in the Genesis family! Since my son began his studies, I have watched him go from a shy child with no musical knowledge to a well-rounded, confident performer, leader, and team player. At Genesis, students not only learn their instrument and theory, but they also form friendships, learn critical performance skills in a supportive and judgment-free atmosphere, and have many opportunities with camps and activities to work as a team or explore leadership. My child has developed the ability to play with or without sheet music (piano), and his technical and theoretical knowledge has extended to and positively impacted his musical pursuits in middle school band. One of his favorite highlights of Genesis is the summer camp YouTube Camp, which he attends every year and has a great time team-building, learning, sharing his own knowledge, and being creative with like-minded kids. I highly recommend Genesis to families looking for a positive activity for their children of any age and ability, and I can’t thank Stan and Co. enough for all they do. God has truly blessed us with such a dedicated organization, and we look forward to year 5 and beyond!

Our family has been a part of Genesis Music School for several years. While our daughters are the only ones who take formal lessons, our entire family has been welcomed and encouraged by Genesis Music School. The instructors are excellent. Our daughters' lovely piano teacher, Mrs. Karen, is world-class. Each and every week we are welcomed with kindness, care, encouagment, and high-expectations to do our best, practice, and grow. Mrs. Karen is the kind of teacher who uplifts and inspires us to work hard and get better each day. The director, Mr. Stan, radiates JOY and is never seen without a smile on his face and a heart full of passion and love for music, learning, and people. The teachers at GMS are truly lights on a hill. Throughout the year, there are special events and recitals where the students and families come together to showcase and celebrate their hardwork, learning, and accomplishments. These highlighted events have become very important to our family's calendar and our children's confidence. The gift of music is a treasure. The gift of friends and family is invaluable.
