★★★★Sakina FakhruddinI would have given 5 stars because the kids had a blast at my daughter’s birthday party. So many fun climbs and the ninja course is also great. The veggie pizza was yum too! However, the party helper was no help at all so taking away 1 star for it. The staff seemed to be untrained. We ended up tipping him a lot as a perbut it wasn’t deserved. Didn’t set up the table, didn’t serve the kids, nothing at all. Very slow and clueless. For ultimate party package, I expected a lot of help. We have had parties at other jumping places in the area and the party host /helper takes care of everything without any instructions from us. Something to work on!

Randomly have stopped by a few times midweek…when it is far less crowded and grabbed a Groupon to make it more affordable and for that price it’s not bad at all. Sure certain areas are closed at certain times but while we are usually there they eventually open them up. Not had any issues. A lot of the equipment you can tell has been used pretty good, but just like with anything still should watch your littles at all times. I would try to avoid weekends if possible. Lots of parking. They have dot ice cream that isn’t dippin but still good…so bonus!

I don't know what happened with the toddler area for them to close it, but seems like a missed opportunity. Families looking to go with smaller children just know that there isn't anything for them to do. You have to be able to watch them pretty closely while possibly helping older kids with the clip in

★★★★★KristenAll kids had a great time! We hadn’t been here for years. A few features had been added, more climbing structures and the super fun slide. I thought we’d spend at least an hour maybe two. The kids were entertained for 3 and a half hours! Plenty of variety for them. Not sure why a stall in each bathroom was “closed until ___” my kids would LOVE it if the timers would work and the buzzers at the top would do something. It would make it more rewarding. While I hope this improves, they still had a blast with climbing, the ninja course and ropes course!
