The Fulton YMCA needs to open back up full-time. Has been closing at 1pm to long. Why is it still closing at 1pm?

7:30 AM "I had an experience on Monday, March 30, at Fulfon YMCA that was disappointing The Front Desk clerks Observable Behavior towards me and a quest. He opening said he did not want to speak with me when assistance my guest. Having guests repeat information multiple time. Not acknowledging members request. Being rude or acting bothered when asked for assistance. Displaying unprofessional surroundings. Prioritizing company procedures over the customer's experience and stating false company policies. Thank goodness I was able to reach Managenent to hear my concern with empathy. Im still not sure I will return to this Fulton YMCA because front desk should be more helpful ie when entering ready to work out and feel great for the day. Being a new member, I was excited to experience the pool and spa area, however I hope the management addresses this, as I was hoping to be a long-term customer."

By far the worst YMCA!! They are on a restricted schedule from 07:00am to 01:00pm Monday through Friday. If anyone works first shift you’ll never get the chance to go as it’ll be closed before you even get off. I asked about their hours and was told that it’s based of “usage” but no one even gets the chance to go if they are busy/working during those hours. Then since no one gets to use it after 01:00pm it overcrowds the nearest YMCA in King after school and day shift workers get off. Honestly they need to open back up to full operational hours or let a new owner take over that can actually run a business instead of stealing from people that pay for a full priced membership that can’t use it and forced to use another location!
