It’s a really good gym, but the only problem is when you try and cancel their policy I think is made to get as much money out of US as possible. You have to cancel a month in advance and you have to jump through hoops to cancel. It’s not easy to cancel, which makes it difficult for you to cancel in time to not have to make a payment for gym that you’re not even gonna use. Otherwise, the facilities and the people are pretty nice, but their billing system sucks

I highly recommend Laleh Khoshkbariie’s Zumba classes at Forma Gym. She is an exceptional instructor — professional, energetic, patient, and very encouraging. Laleh creates a welcoming and positive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their fitness level or dance experience. Her classes are always fun, motivating, and full of positive energy. She takes the time to make sure everyone can follow along and truly enjoy the workout. I always leave her class feeling happier, healthier, and energized. Thank you, Laleh, for your dedication and wonderful attitude!

Just left my first—and last—visit to Forma. It’s a large, well-equipped gym with plenty of amenities. The group exercise room is spacious, though a bit dated and on the darker side. I attended a pop-up class that required advance registration, and that part of the experience was smooth and well organized. Most of the front desk staff were helpful, but one interaction unfortunately changed the overall impression. Guests were asked to line up to check in and receive wristbands for the class. My friend and I waited patiently behind another guest who had already received her wristband but continued chatting with staff. While we were next in line, another woman stepped in behind us. A front desk member called over to the check-in staff that she was a late sign-up and wouldn’t be on the list. The staff member then proceeded to take her name and hand her a wristband—reaching past us to do so. I spoke up to point out that we had been waiting and were next. The staff member realized the mistake and apologized, but the situation felt dismissive and uncomfortable—especially as my friend and I were the only minorities in that line. Overall, a nice facility, but that experience at check-in left a negative impression.

Erin is an amazing trainer. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and what it’s capable of. After I injured my shoulder, she helped me work through the exercises my physical therapist recommended and even suggested additional ones to support my recovery. Erin pushes me to reach my full potential in the most positive and supportive way. I always leave our sessions feeling tired but accomplished and energized. I feel so fortunate to train with someone who is not only smart and dedicated, but also genuinely caring and kind. Thank you, Erin and Forma—you truly feel like a home away from home!

Good, decent, family owned and operated gym. Has everything you need to work out. One of the main pros is the Cold Plunge. They keep it at 45F / 8C degrees which makes it really easy to start your cold plunge journey after work out. I feel like there could be more TRX stations with pull up bar. The rowing machines need to be fixed or replaced too.
