Fork Union Military Academy runs sports camps and an academic Summer Academy on its Fork Union campus. The Summer Football School (July 6-10) and Summer Basketball School (July 13-17) are open to boys and girls ages 8-17; boys may board or commute, girls attend as day campers arriving 8:30am and departing 4:30pm, with early drop-off and late pickup available. Both provide lunch and two snacks daily plus a Under Armour shirt and shorts, and cover skill stations, fundamentals, agility and game awareness. The FUMA School of Soccer (July 20-24) takes boys and girls ages 8-18, with overnight campers required to be 13 or older. Separately, the Summer Academy (June 28 - July 25) offers boys in grades 7-12 two back-to-back 2-week terms or one 4-week term of for-credit academic instruction with afternoon athletics, available as boarding or day enrollment.
