Forest Hills Youth Athletic Association is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) that has served Queens families since 1955, organizing baseball, softball, soccer, basketball and flag football for ages 3-17 at its Fleet Street fields. Its summer offering is two partner-run camps at those fields: the NY Crush Academy baseball and softball clinic for ages 5-13, seven weeks from June 29 to August 14 at $395 per week with instructional time and real game play, and Soccer Friends USA summer soccer for ages 4.5-13, six weeks from June 29 to August 7, running 8:30am-2pm on natural grass fields with ample shade. Both take weekly or daily bookings; early drop-off and late pick-up cost $60 per week each ($110 for both) at the baseball clinic and $100 per week at the soccer camp.

Powered by GoogleForest Hills Youth Athletic Association has been incredible for my two kids who love playing soccer here. One of them was hesitant at first and didn’t want to play, but thanks to the encouraging coaches and supportive environment, she built up the courage to get out on the field over the course of the season. Now, she’s counting down the days to practice! Shoutout to Brian for his endless patience and enthusiasm—he truly makes everyone feel at home. The whole organization is well-run and welcoming. Highly recommend for any young athletes looking for a positive place to play and grow.
FHYA soccer has been a great experience for my boys. It’s all about building a sense of belonging and community right here in Queens. Game days bring families together, and my boys have formed real friendships on the field. I feel lucky to have this so close to home. It’s a wonderful way for them to connect with others and feel part of something bigger.
We have had a wonderful experience with Forest Hills Youth Athletic Organization. If you are looking to have your kids play organized sports this is the place for you! The quality of the fields, helpful staff, and supportive community really make a difference in children’s development and enjoyment in sports like soccer, softball, basketball, and baseball. Programs like these can help kids build not only athletic skills but also teamwork, discipline, and friendships. We absolutely love it here!
Our experience with FHYAA has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are incredibly dedicated and truly care about each child’s experience both on and off the field. We’ve done soccer and baseball and had great experiences. The emphasis on sportsmanship and having fun is evident in every practice and game. My child has gained confidence, had fun and made friends. The organization and communication from the league make it easy for parents to stay informed and involved. We are grateful to be part of such a supportive and positive community. We highly recommend FHYAA to any parent looking for a great sports community for their kids.
Noticed this large SUV with a FHYAA sticker frequently parking like this, creating a blind spot for not only children walking to the field but also adults crossing at this intersection from turning vehicles. I went to the field to ask this parent to move the car. The person turned out the be the manager running the games at the FHYAA. Aside from hurling some really immature insults, her response was " there's no crosswalk there". With $6,028.67 (as of 5/8/24) in speeding/parking/red light fines, not only is this person insane and lazy, but they have no respect for the community here.
