I called yesterday to get information about registering my 5-year-old daughter for a trial class today, and I completed the registration online as instructed. We arrived 10 minutes before class, and when I checked in with the front desk, the staff member told me everything was in order. However, about 10 minutes into the class, the coach suddenly pulled my daughter out, saying she wasn’t on the list. The front desk staff member was on the phone with another customer and remained on the call for another 10 minutes, offering no assistance. At that point, I decided to leave. No one made any effort to fix the situation, and my daughter never got to do the trial class at all. It was incredibly disappointing for me and for her , it was disrespectful and felt like they simply didn’t care.

Coach Tere, Mayte, and Katie were amazing with all 20ish kids! They helped set up and breakdown. Anything I needed they were there without hesitation.
