My kids have been involved with FC-1 Academy for over 10 year now, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. The coaches are professional, encouraging, and truly care about player development, growth on and off the field. Their passion for the game and commitment to helping each player improve is truly impressive. The training sessions are well-organized and challenging, My kids have grown not only as a player but also in confidence progress in skills, teamwork and understanding of the game. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to play at a higher level, a club that combines great coaching , sportsmanship and a supportive atmosphere FC-1 Academy is a great place to grow. We’re proud to be part of it!

This soccer club has been an amazing place for young players to grow and improve. The atmosphere is encouraging, the coaching is top-notch, and the focus on player development is clear. Our child looks forward to every practice and game. It's a great environment for learning, competing, and having fun!

We've had a fantastic experience with this soccer club. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly committed to the long-term development of each player—both technically and tactically. We've seen consistent improvement not only in skills but also in confidence and game understanding. The environment is competitive yet positive, and the focus on player growth over just results really sets this club apart. Highly recommend for any player serious about improving and enjoying the game! Best soccer club in the NorthShore Area!

Not much positive I can say about this club. No player development. Coaches seem disinterested in coaching. I have seen some of the coaches constantly on their phones during practice. Coaches come late to games. No constrictive feedback. There are much better and more serous clubs in the Chicagoland area for your kids that want to develop and thrive while playing soccer. If you are serious about soccer then do not waste your and your kids time, energy and money.

This club is not for talented kids who need to develop skills. Many coaches are not qualified to work with kids, which is eroding the confidence of these young boys and girls. Coaches often lack the necessary skills, attitude, language, communication, and ethics. This club has not developed its players; it is just hoping that already-developed players will join the club. There is no team play development; most of the plays involve just individual dribbling, ending with long shots on goal. That can produce some results when you are very young, but when you enter your teens, this falls apart quickly. The club is engaging in some shady practices to retain kids in the club, which they want to move from the top-level teams to the lower-level teams. Waiting for all local clubs to finish their tryouts and makeup sessions and then delivering the news to the kids and parents (end of May). They know you have no options, so if the kids want to play, they have to stay. There is so much more I can write, but I will keep it short and to the point. Stay away from this club!!
