I’m honestly very confused by the and reviews. This gym has made me LOVE the gym again… the classes and in the instructors are amazing! Being out of the gym for a while due to me having a baby o was very nervous going back in. The environment is nothing but uplifting and encouraging to say the least! Not to mention to cute boutique, origin and smoothie bar! We have the premium membership so we have access to the outdoor pool and splash pad! And it’s just so perfect for our little family. Especially my toddler ! I love how we can sit and watch him play in the splash pad area from the pool! And the tiki bar is just a huge bonus ! The only thing I would say is it could be a tad bit cleaner. The complaints I’m seeing is membership pricing and the swim team. I do see the swim team there daily but it doesn’t stop people from using the side of the pool that is designated for members! We’ve had no issue with pricing. We were told from the start what pricing would be what fees would come out and what the 12m contract was!

I find the gym to be a great gym. However, membership canceled for feb 28. I got charged 75 for renewal maintenance fee for following year. However, was not signing up for 2026. I did get that fee back by going there to complain. Even though I did cancel for Feb 28, and fulfilled my 2025 contract by ending in Feb, I had to go back up today because they took out 125 for March when I no longer have a membership. So had to go again today to get money back for something they weren't even authorized to take in first place. I am going to get it back in 3 to five business days. In the real world, that is illegal to do in first place for a company to take money for a service you no longer have. If you can avoid it somehow, dont give them access to your account. They will keep taking and you have to deal with them to get it back even though you no longer have a membership.

Our kids have attended the summer program for three years and absolutely love it! The themed weeks, fun activities, and focus on healthy lifestyles make it a fantastic experience. Mackenzie and Olivia run the program wonderfully, sharing daily updates, and the counselors are caring and engaging. My kids ask year round when it is time to go back to summer camp because they love it so much. Highly recommend!

I had my winter jacket stolen from the coat rack of the men’s locker room at this gym on Friday, November 21 between the hours of 6-7 AM. When notifying the front desk, they took my name and phone number and said they would reach out. No one contacted me. On Monday, 11/24, I found out the front desk staff had misplaced my information over the weekend. They asked for it again and I provided my email, specifying that I’d prefer to be contacted via email instead of phone. I specifically told them that I would be at work all day and would not be able to answer a phone call. I watched the front desk agent circle my email and write “best contact” with my own eyes. Later that Monday, I received a call from another representative, who had to leave a voicemail because I was busy at work. Their voicemail essentially told me to check lost and found. No mention of my jacket being stolen or a crime having been committed. Given the lax response from the gym, I decided to file a police report. I completed the process online and was notified shortly after that the case had been accepted. I was given a case number. On Tuesday, I once again notified the front desk staff that I would prefer to be contacted by email. I specified that someone did call, but that I was unable to answer because I’m working. I also notified them that I filed a police report, and emphasized that any correspondence between us would now need to be written. I also reiterated that I know a crime occurred because it was a small window of time (6am-7am) and that my jacket had a broken zipper on one pocket, meaning whoever took it knows it does not belong to them. I am irked by the way the gym responded to this. I am also disappointed in their poor performance when first reporting this crime. This gym charges $115 monthly with a $175 annual fee. You’re better off going elsewhere for far less money. I have been going to much better gyms since I was in high school and I’ve never had something stolen from me. I added a picture of broken ellipticals. This is typical for this gym despite the amount of money it charges its members. There are also broken pieces of exposed, sharp wood in the men’s sauna that ownership refuses to properly repair. Buyer beware.

My 11-year-old is part of the swim team and also took swimming classes here. We have a family membership and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The coaches are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the facility is always clean and well maintained. It’s been such a positive environment for our child to grow and gain confidence in swimming. Highly recommend!
