Update: I saw you replied me with all the excuses. Why did you delete my original comment? Original Comment: Poor management, rude front desk lady and charge you unreasonably. Doing things sneaky all the time. Front desk lady keep herself on the phone and do not help us check in. Charged me extra money from the credit card on file AFTER I LEFT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! VERY SNEAKY!! When I dispute, they just find an excuse saying that we cannot have private coach (which is not true - 1. The so-called 'coach" is our friend and we did not pay for her teaching us; 2. the front desk have never told us anything before this time) and decide to ban us. I knew the management will reply with excuses - that's what I found in your other replies. Amenity is fine but what a pity for the sneaky management. ANYONE WHO WANTS THE CREDIT CARD TO BE CHARGED SNEAKILY CAN COME HERE AND ENJOY! DO NOT DISPUTE OR THEY WILL BAN YOU:)

OMG The owner’s reply says a lot about how this place handles complaints — deflection instead of accountability. I’ve visited before and the front desk girl was so rude and unprofessional. If the owner has time to argue with customers in the review section, that time would probably be better spent training their employees.

Just as other reviews mentioned, the owner Todd is VERY RUDE! I asked if I can get credits if I drop from the clinic based on what listed on their website. This man was literally yelling at me over the phone and talked over me all the time saying that he’s the owner and he can make decisions. It sounds like the refund policy on the website is spam, and everything is subject to his personal explanation rather than what is publicly stated. Very very rude and aggressive. If not stuck with this three months clinic I’ll walk away right away. I will not recommend this place based on my first clinic experience and the rudeness of the owner. Everyone supposed to be respected.

A Tennis court facility that is recognized by USTA as an outstanding facility for 2025, you sure can bet on what it can offer even before you step on it. This is a great place that has a good reservation system which makes booking a breeze. The courts are hard, clean, air conditioned and well maintained. There are 7 courts in total with 6 of them being doubles and 1 being a singles court. The pricing too is nominal, especially on weekdays from 7 am - 4 pm. The parking area is spacious enough too.

New management and coach, kids are getting alot of practice now. Before, they would play 15 minutes then sit and talk, now, it's been very productive. My son likes the coach. He is engaging and keeps the training interesting.
