I Forgot my card, and despite this not being an issue for other staff members, a snarky staff member refused to manually sign me in after I paid to renew my membership. I will NOT be coming back to this facility.

Good barebones gym experience. Smith machine Dumbbells to 75 Leg Press Pulley system $20 a month or $40 for 3 months. Quiet too without the annoying salespeople from big box gyms.

Booked an event a month ago, I got the confirmation email the day after I booked thinking everything was set to go. I called last week to pay the due balance, just for them to tell me they have an event this weekend and they are not allowing private reservations. If I don't call, I would have showed up on Saturday. I talked to the supervisor and she told me I should have gotten an email saying the rental was rejected. I reassured her, I got a confirmation email not rejection one. She then tried to offer me the next day but for a higher price! Don't recommend, they're communcation skills are horrible and should have better staff to take care of rentals. Just gonna stick with the MLK rec center.

Me and my friends got kicked out for “trying to dunk.” We were literally just having a good time, playing around until a grumpy, oversized staff member storms into the gym and tells us to leave. This woman was very sassy.

Nice ballpark and well maintained. Stands are covered with sun shade which is nice for those hot summer day games. Concession stand takes credit/debit card, which is convenient when you don't have cash on you.
