Absolutely amazing place to visit. They have amazing camps, as well as a lovely facility to arrange use of for a fellowship get together for churches and Christian organizations. The cheif they have makes the best food. He also has recipes for people who can't have gluten, or are vegetarians/vegans.

This is our vacation place. During family camp the preaching can be powerful (of course sometimes it's not.) We come during the first week of July. It's very CMA heavy, so if you're not loyal to the denomination some of the content can feel irrelevant. The cabins have no temp control, so be prepared.

When I was a kid, I spent every minute I could here in the summers and on winter break. Many of my friends still actively volunteer and work with their Haven programs and have so for over a decade. It's a safe place for children and youth. It's beautiful, fun, and educational. It's run by incredible people. If you have the chance to visit this amazing place, do so!
