I highly recommend the Manlius YMCA. I am recently retired and I have been increasing my strength and meeting people. It has enriched my life and helped me close my rings regularly!

Have been going to this Y for about 1 month, I love it - nice & helpful staff (everyone of them); a great EYGM lineup; and great yoga classes, esp. Jamie and Amanda are awesome yoga and meditation teachers; and a lot more for me to explore there...

Jack Monashefsky is the best trainer ever!!! He’s helped me develop a strength training program, two days a week that has doubled my strength. Heavily recommend him!!!

I mainly take yoga classes here. The room is nice but needs constant vacuuming because it's a multi-use room, and people wear shoes, which they really shouldn't. We find it to be disrespectful to wear shoes in that room, but management allows it.

Jack Monashefsky has been working with our 16 year old son for several months on a weekly basis. The sessions are always positive, motivating, and focused on building core strength and healthy exercise habits in a way that’s safe and age-appropriate. Our son feels comfortable, encouraged, and genuinely enjoys the workouts, which says a lot. We’ve already noticed improvements in his strength, posture, and overall confidence. Jack communicates well and provides suggestion as needed. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a knowledgeable and supportive trainer for their child.
