Powered by GoogleMy experience was good, until today. I asked if I could give my son a pep talk after he was in the room to remind him he needed to listen to Ms. Teresa. She snapped at me I’m not allowed in the room (I didn’t enter the room). I said to him from the door way said to listen to listen to Ms. Teresa and she nearly pushed me out of the door (she didn’t actually touch me) and told me “I need to do that out there”. Before literally closing the door on my face. Just highly unprofessional, we decided that was our last class and will be unenrolling from this studio.
Super unprofessional people, don’t even think about them. They don’t care about kids, just the business. After few calls and emails they booked my poor 3 yo kid for the class and on first they, they said sorry we don’t have any class now. My daughter was so prepared and excited for her first dance class ever. I asked them to let her watch the current class at least so she doesn’t get upset more, but she said watch in tv… she said my college made the mistake. Im a local guide so believe my honest review not the fake ones
The over all experience was good most of the staff was very nice and my daughter did have a fun time however we were not impressed with her teacher she was a no show a lot so either no class or new teacher which is a hard transition for my child. Also the teacher wasn’t there the last week or the recital week. So we will probably be coming back but would never sign up with the same teacher.
We had a great experience for my daughter’s first big show. Ms. Maria taught and coached the dancers thoughtfully and efficiently. My constructive criticism is that the studio should send all communications earlier and more concisely. For this recital in particular, it would it have been nice to know that we needed to buy a seat for our dancer to watch the 2nd act.
My daughter started taking Ballet and Jazz lessons at Dance Attack this year only. She loves going there. Miss.Bri and Miss.Maria are doing excellent jobs. “UNSTOPPABLE” recital show was amazing.Loved watching all dancers on the stage. Staff and especially Murphy is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to taking more lessons. Thank you for your great work Dance Attack.
