D-BAT Melissa is an indoor baseball and softball training facility offering lessons, batting-cage rentals, memberships and more than 50 camps, clinics and classes a year. She “pitched,” fielded most of the balls herself, and seemed determined to prove she was the best player on the field with sad attempts at pegging base runners.
