I've visited Courtside Sports several times. New, clean facility with a nice staff. Happy to have a place like this where I can play basketball & volleyball so close to home!
Came from out of town for a vball tournament and this place has the rudest staff I have ever met and we have been to many large and small venues . The lady with the long cornrow braids is an awful rude person who yelled at the kids who are just standing in the corner having a team meeting “you can’t be here!” She did it to every team in the tiny place! Also yelled at parents for just standing beside the employee area that had taped off but not a single person is there or being used. She yelled at many different group of parents for standing in front of the bathroom both men and women’s and it is such a small place. So basically you can’t be anywhere . She comes running and tells you “we have rules here “. Can’t bring coffee in , can’t eat anywhere either or else the lady will come yell at kids and parents , Didn’t allow parents in for half hour so we all stood outside. She kept telling people that they can’t bring in food and need to stay in the lobby if they want to finish it but when my daughter tried to eat her food she told her to eat outside because she was “blocking the way” then why would you tell her to go to the lobby? Every other place allows everyone in as soon as venue opens. I guess control is badly needed to make her feel better. Bruno you say you care about your place , I am sorry not with staff like this!!!
I used to play ball here all the time. Ever since Bruno (owner) brought in the lady with the corn rows to manage the place, it has gone down hill quickly. She's very abrasive and rude. I've spoken with some families from the volleyball league there and they agree. They complain that she has an attitude and that their questions regarding their league go unanswered or given false information. Bruno needs to make a management change quickly before she runs the place to the ground.
Under new managers, who will charge and authorize for time slot even if there is no slot open. Front desk will charge , Will take money from kids without giving them full court which they paid for and then bully kids for not letting front desk aware that there is no space available which they paid for. This place was good but not anymore in regards to professionalism and affordability. Customer service is very bad. Especially manager who run this place.. not going back there anymore.
