This place was really nice when we first joined but overtime it taken a turn nobody enforces any of the policy/code . Girls walk around half naked like a commercial gym and it's supposed to be a Christian community center. Foreign people walking around on FaceTime or just recording so be prepared to be in someone's video. Jusy overall for how expensive it is not worth the money .

EDIT, the parking lot closest to the CSC has now been repainted and parts of it are so much better! The lane closest to the grass track I’ve always thought it was a one way and the parking spots now help to make that more obvious! It would be 5 stars if the back parking lot (entrance closest to the CSC) was repaved and ATLEAST relined. It’s always so confusing having multiple different lines to watch for while parking

I had a disappointing experience while trying to register for classes at the YMCA. The girl at the registration desk had a very rude and unwelcoming attitude toward us. Whenever we asked questions about the classes and registration process, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. She barely responded to us, made us wait before answering, and her facial expressions clearly showed that she did not want to assist us. What was most upsetting was seeing her treat other customers who came after us in a much friendlier and more respectful way, while we continued to receive negative treatment. Customer service should be respectful and equal toward everyone, and unfortunately that was not our experience.

Costs too much for everything to be closed, broken, cancelled, and have terrible customer service. Trying to get swim lessons was terrible and canceling them was worse. It made me pay for the month before their first class and through the summer. 10 min after scheduling (online) my son’s ball scheduled changed. There was no way to cancel online. I called and emailed the swim dept for three days straight and no one called me back. On the fourth day I called the front desk and their response was “there are QR codes all around the building for you to use to cancel.” Two days in a row I walked the whole buidling and asked where one was, not one staff member could tell me. Finally a few days after what was to be the first day of lessons, they called to tell me they were dropping him from the class but we still had to pay for the full 4 months we were charged because they don’t do refunds. We disputed it with our credit card company and then I got an email from the Y saying they were going to refund us since we were new members. This summer, the pools have been closed almost all of June! The one day we got to use the outdoor pool my son cut both feet on rocks and glass around the pool. The concrete at the ladders are crumbling so much we couldn’t use them to get out. We had to pull ourselves out on the side of the pool in the shallow end. Equipment in the cardio room is almost always down. The front desk claimed I didn’t have membership several times and accused me of lying. I had to bring in my financial statement to show they were charging me, turns our they forgot to click “facility access” when they set up my membership.

Easily one of the largest and most versatile YMCA facilities I’ve ever been too. Tons of equipment for exercisers of all fitness levels. Love the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength especially. They have a cafe, game room, nice clean locker rooms and so much more. Highly recommended.
