The Cottage Park Yacht Club Youth Sailing Program in Winthrop is an eight-week summer learn-to-sail program serving roughly 75 beginner, intermediate and advanced young sailors ages 8 and up. Lessons combine land-based and on-water instruction: sailors start in N10 and Optimist dinghies with an instructor aboard and progress over the years to RS Fevas and Club 420s. Alongside sailing skills the program emphasises water safety, teamwork, boat care and responsibility.

The inside was absolutely beautiful and the water views even better. It’s the reason why my daughter loved the place so much. Very clean, Set up was beautiful. Everyone has been talking about the party how beautiful the place was how amazing all the people working their were. Especially out bartenders Derek. He literally made our night so much easier and so much more relaxed. Everything I turned around he was making sure everyone was good, asked if there was anything he could to help if something need to be done. He was a lifesaver and such amazing bartender. So I do want to take the time out again to thanks you again so much for everything you did. We were so happy we ended finding this hall by accident it was like it was meant to be and I loved everything about it. We were seeing another hall at the time and took the wrong turn so we need to go down to turn around and that’s how we happened to find it. Going forward any functions that we having or planning or even for my youngest if she decides she does want a Sweet 15 this is definitely the place I will be contacting for whatever it is.
