In October, I enrolled my daughter in cheer classes at Coral Reef Gymnastics. I was told that the teams were preparing for a competition and was advised to temporarily place her in tumbling, with the possibility of moving her to cheer in January. I agreed, even though the class was attended by much younger girls. When January arrived, I was informed that it was not possible to move her because the competition had not yet taken place. I expressed my disappointment, explaining how frustrated my daughter was, as her only wish was to train for cheer. At the front desk, the receptionist was rather rude and dismissive in her communication, simply telling me that I could just cancel the enrollment. I responded that I would first speak with my daughter and then make a decision. To my surprise, shortly after, I received an email confirming that her enrollment had already been canceled, without my authorization. This made me feel as though my daughter’s presence was not welcome, or that it was simply easier to close the matter that way. Despite this, a month later I was still charged due to a supposed 30-day notice policy, even though my daughter had not been attending for some time. In effect, I paid for classes she never used. I am very disappointed, both with the way we were treated and with the administrative handling of this situation.

Our family has been part of Coral Reef Gymnastics Club for several years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. My kids are always excited to go to class, which says a lot. The instructors are welcoming and genuinely invested in helping each child grow. Since joining, my kids have become stronger, more confident, and more capable in gymnastics and tumbling. Although they don’t compete, the coaches still go above and beyond to help them stay motivated, disciplined, grounded, and most importantly, have fun. We couldn’t ask for a better environment.

We had my son‘s seventh birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic. There were three coaches who were super friendly and great with the kids. They not the kids through a really fun ninja course, but they helped us set up and breakdown with smiles the entire time. The facility was extremely clean and everything was well organized. Pricing was also very fair. I highly recommend for birthday parties!
