The Columbia Gorge Racing Association (CGRA) has promoted small-boat sailing and regattas in the Columbia River Gorge since 1996. Through its community sailing program at Cascade Locks Marine Park, it offers learn-to-sail classes for children ages 8-17 plus weekly summer Open Sail Evenings for families.
