Based on my personal experience, I would not choose this daycare again. I was disappointed with the care my daughter received and ultimately decided to withdraw her. During enrollment, the facility presented itself as attentive and caring, and I felt reassured that my child’s needs would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, that was not consistently my experience. While some staff members were kind and professional, this did not feel true across the board. One of the main things I was looking for in a daycare was a learning-based environment. During my initial interview with the school, I was told that it was a learning-focused center. However, after my daughter was enrolled, they described it as a “learn-through-play” facility instead. Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t seem to learn anything while she was there. After moving her to a different center, I saw a huge difference—she came home singing her ABCs, counting, recognizing animal sounds, and even beginning potty training. This experience was very disappointing, and I’m relieved that my daughter no longer attends that facility. Due to several incidents that occurred during the six weeks my daughter was in their care, I no longer felt comfortable continuing with this facility and chose to withdraw her immediately. The lack of consistency, communication, and accountability did not meet my expectations for childcare. I’m very glad I made the decision to remove her and regret enrolling her there in the first place. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this daycare.

My Granddaughter has been attending from infant to preschool. The staff is wonderful, caring, friendly and supportive. The facility is clean, bright and colorful. The teachers are patient, fun and love in and the Director Miss Amber is fantastic. Highly recommend

Excellent facility, very clean and very safe for children. We came for a tour and first thing we were asked for was ID. Ms. TaNeka gave us a very informative tour and brief to include benefits and oppurtunities for Dodid that coincide with Childtime.

Husband and I moved to Virginia a few years back with no support and it was finally time to send my little one to day care! I had huge anxiety over it, went to multiple places to view the classrooms, curriculum, and the program in itself. Childtime was the place we chose and I don’t regret any bit of it! When we went on the tour the staff was knowledgeable and knew how to answer all the daunting questions I had. They have cameras in the classroom my child was in and that in itself brought me some peace of mind. The director was super sweet, and professional. You can tell the staff love the kids like they are family and love what they do. My child had an amazing experience, learned so much and was more than prepared for kindergarten! My child was a bit on the difficult side with being the most picky eater and hating naps! They would try to get him to try something new everyday, but wouldn’t force him to eat and they would be so patient with him when it came to nap time. I have one more baby almost ready for pre-k and I would absolutely take him to childtime! 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for childcare. Your child WILL be prepared for the next level.

We absolutely loved our experience at this daycare. Our son was enrolled for a little under a year, and if we didn’t move, he would definitely still be attending. We always felt that he was safe, cared for, and truly loved while he was there. We loved the camera access and that the facility was always locked. His teachers, Ms. Res, Ms. Tina, and Ms. Destinee were amazing. They made him feel comfortable, supported, and excited to come to school every single day. They really helped his development and he still talks about them till this day! The staff was consistently professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and communication was always smooth. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our son, and we would 100% recommend this daycare to any family looking for a safe and caring environment.
