Powered by GoogleCHAP (Children's Healing Art Project) is one of the coolest and best non-profits there are, in my opinion. They are a wonderful group of dedicated and fun people who aim to bring arts and crafts to children and their families who are facing medical challenges. They have art groups (on zoom right now due to covid), host events, do fundraisers, and most of all bring the joy, healing, expression and community of art to those who may not otherwise be able to participate. Check them out!
CHAP has been an integral part of my children's recovery, processing, and healing throughout some very difficult moments in life, as well as managing chronic health conditions. Work done here takes itself home with you, as tools are acquired for continuing to heal. Thank you for all the wonderful and important work you do to help kids.
Happy hearts 💕 healing projects
So inspired by Faye and the team at CHAP bringing the healing power of art to ailing children. I’ve volunteered here multiple times and can’t wait to do so again.
Wonderful business with some of the best people around!
