Strongly advise families to explore alternative preschool options. We experienced inadequate responses to concerns, concerning staff behaviors, and unmet promises of a safe environment at Margaret H. Rollins Child Development Center (CDC) at Children's Beach House. After withdrawing our child, we saw significant improvement in their behavior and well-being. Effective leadership and advocacy were lacking under Executive Director Richard Garrett's direction. Carefully evaluate alternatives before entrusting your child's care to this facility.

The Children's Beach house is a wonderful pre school/ daycare. The teachers are wonderful and they genuinely care about the children. My son had a rough start but they worked with him and took the necessary steps to make everything come together for him and myself. I am blessed to have found this place. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a pre school or childcare.

Volunteered once a week as a para for a child with ADHD that only would focus on me since he’s been a child. I absolutely loved it. The staff are amazing and so focused on the kids and their education. 100% recommend for any one with behavioral issues , or any kind of disability. It’s an AMAZING place !
