Avalon Surf Camp runs group surf sessions at 12th Street Beach in Avalon, Monday to Friday from 9 to 11 AM, for campers aged 7 and up who are comfortable in the water. Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are taught, and families can book a one-day, three-day or five-day camp across a season running from late June to late August. Sessions are two hours a day rather than a full camp day, and private and semi-private lessons are available separately for surfers from age 5.
