My daughter (10) adores her time with the coaches and girls on her team. She has found her place at Cheer One! Her reasoning...she feels supported by everyone. The coaches and teammates are constant "cheerleaders" for each other. The training and supportive environment at Cheer One has helped her build confidence and grow in skills incredibly fast where she had been struggling before. If you want a place for your child to grow, feel welcome and appreciated when they walk through the door, I would highly recommend this gym!

When I say welcoming it is an understatement they went out of their way to make sure my daughter and her friends knew it was a safe space and new home. We started with tumbling I have watched my daughter nail skills she has struggled with for years. She is learning to control her body and trust herself. Coach Ashley’s approach has literally made my child want to tumble. We have joined the Allstar program and we can not wait to see her confidence grow even more. Both coaches hold the kids accountable. They model each thing they ask them to do and they are very hands on. You can tell the coaches love the sport and genuinely care about the kids. I really appreciated Coach Ashley coming up and shaking my wife's hand and sitting and chatting with us after class. Great environment and very positive.
